Summer Camps 2026

Our Summer Camps

Join us for another unforgettable adventure at this year’s summer camps! Each camp provides an opportunity for your child to create lasting memories, make new friends, and experience the joy of Christ through Bible-based and summer fun activities. We offer a half-day/morning option (9 am-12 pm) or a full day (9 am-4:30 pm) option for each camp. (FYI, we do not offer a half-day, afternoon-only option.)

The fee for half-day/morning camp this year is $70 per week/child, or $140 per week/child for a full day. There are no discounts offered. However, if payment is a challenge, please speak with Ms. Heidi.

Age to attend is based on your child’s CURRENT (2025-2026) grade. Camps include:

  • July 6-10: VBS Preschool (ages 3&4) or Elementary (JK-Grade 5)
  • July 13-17: Volleyball Grades 1 to 7
  • July 20-24: Basketball Grades 1 to 7
  • July 27-31: Soccer JK-Grade 6
  • August 4-7: Youth Grades 5-11
  • August 10-14: Arts JK-Grade 5

Ages for each camp are noted above. Age to attend is based on your child’s current (2025-2026) grade.

What does the fee cover?

The morning fee covers all materials for camp, as well as a snack. The Aftercare/full-day fee also covers field trip entrance fees, bus fare, and special activity fees.

What are the camp drop-off and pick-up times?

The earliest you may drop off your child is 8:30. Pick up for half day is at 12 pm. Pick up for the full day is by 4:30. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $5 fee will be charged.

Do you offer extended care?

At this time, we do not offer extended care either before or after camp.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you register for camp but must cancel, we will offer a full refund, as long as you cancel at least two weeks prior to camp.

Do you have a Waitlist?

If you were hoping to register your child for a camp that is full, please email Ms. Heidi to be put on our Waitlist. She will reach out to you should a spot open.

What should my child bring to camp?

Your child should wear comfortable, modest clothing appropriate for the weather, including running shoes. Your child will also want to bring a water bottle and sunscreen. If attending the full day, he/she will need a lunch and an afternoon snack, as well. At the beginning of the camp week, we will let parents know if/when any other materials are needed

For Aftercare, what kinds of field trips will the children go on?

IIf your child is staying the full day/for Aftercare, we go on field trip one afternoon each week of camp. Possible locations include Playdium, Air Riderz etc.

Can my child be in the same crew as someone else?

Yes, we like to have kids be in the same crew with at least one of their friends. You should share the name of your child’s friend on the Additional registration form, where requested.
