Who It's For

Stephen Ministry is for anyone in our church family or community who is walking through a tough season of life — whether you’re grieving, overwhelmed, lonely, struggling with change, or simply need someone to walk with you in faith. 

How We Help

Stephen Ministers are trained, compassionate Christians who provide one-to-one, Christ-centred care in a confidential and supportive relationship.

You meet with your Stephen Minister weekly at a time and place that works for you.
 They listen, pray, and care alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. 

What This Is Not

It is not counselling or therapy - Stephen Ministers do not diagnose, advise, or provide clinical care.  
It is not about dependency — our goal is not to “fix” you or create long-term reliance, but to walk with you for a season as God brings healing and strength.  
It does not replace pastoral care, professional support, or other resources when those are needed.

What We Do Help With

Stephen Ministry can walk with you through life’s difficult moments, including:

Grief & loss
Chronic or terminal illness
Job loss, financial strain
Divorce, relationship struggles
Loneliness or isolation
Transitions and life changes
Spiritual discouragement
