Worship Director
On a full-time or part-time basis, City Centre Church is looking for a team player who is responsible for planning and leading creative worship experiences that align with the vision and values of the church. This person should be passionate about multi-ethnic and multi-generational musical worship, the arts, discipleship, equipping leaders, and providing effective resources for a multi-dimensional congregation. The person will also train, equip, oversee, and care for the team of volunteers serving on the worship team.

Ministry Staff Job Description | May to August 2025
Hours: 16 weeks (25 hours May-June and 40 hours July-August) starting May 5, 2025
Method of Appointment: Recommended by the Children’s Ministries Director and Next Gen Director to the Senior Pastor, reviewed by the Elders, and ratified by the combined Ministry Board.
Accountability: The Family Ministries Summer Intern will be supervised by the Children’s Ministry Director and Next Generations Director, accountable to the Senior Associate Pastor for his/her daily ministry and overall program objectives. Feedback will be given at weekly meetings with the Children’s Ministries Director or Next Generations Director. As well, a final evaluation will be given at the end of the summer.
