Last Sunday, Pastor Deric preached from Matthew 5:3–12 in a sermon titled “Blessed!”
In the Beatitudes, Jesus reveals what it means to live as a blessed member of His kingdom. From creation and covenant to the kingdom of Christ, God’s blessing rests on His people by grace. Even through mourning, weakness, and persecution, believers can live knowing that their true blessing is found in Christ and cannot be determined by their circumstances or the opinions of others.
