Meet The Team 

Manuela Ramirez
Manuela will soon complete her schooling and is seeking God’s guidance for her next steps. She is growing in her knowledge of Christ as Lord and Savior and has joined this team to explore the Christian life and faithfully consider Jesus’ call to follow Him. 

Juanita Mendivelso
Juanita was raised as a pastor’s daughter and saved at a young age by God’s grace. She recently affirmed her calling to ministry and currently serves as an apprentice at El Redil de El Poblado Church. Juanita is growing as a follower of Christ and considering a vocation in cross-cultural missions. 

Oscar Ramirez
Oscar is a former local church pastor who has rediscovered God’s call to serve Him in the workplace. He leads outreach initiatives that engage entrepreneurs and those seeking to connect faith with work. Oscar is also a member of the church’s Management and Finance Committee. 

Pastor Carlos Mendivelso
Carlos has served as the Senior Pastor at El Redil de El Poblado for almost 20 years, with over two decades of experience in ministry. He also mentors church planters and pastoral trainees. 

Yaneth Guerrero
Yaneth is a long-time follower of Christ who serves in women’s ministry. She is the founder and director of the A Sus Pies Foundation, which encourages women in godliness and equips them for Christian service in Medellín. 

Pastor Juan Jose Correa
Juan Jose has been a pastor at El Redil de El Poblado for five years. He leads the missions team for the second time and previously served in this role in 2019, including time with the City Centre community. He shepherds the church through preaching, teaching, and leading small groups. 

Mariana Arias
Mariana is 18 years old and currently studying psychology at university. She grew up in a Christian family and has been actively involved in church life from a young age. She serves faithfully in both Sunday school and youth group, and she’s preparing to take the next step in her faith journey by getting baptized soon. Her parents also attend the church, and their example has been a big part of her spiritual growth.

Maria Jose Mendoza
Maria primarily serves the church in worship and youth ministries. She is exploring a call to full-time ministry and has joined the team to discover and affirm her gifts, seeking clarity for her future. Maria will soon begin serving as an apprentice at the church.
